Part-Time Assistant Guide (Spanish Teacher)

We're now hiring a Assistant Guide. The Assistant Guide role supports multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms (working with children ranging in age from 18 months to 6 years old). The Assistant Guide role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on lead guide roles over time thanks to the in-house training program we offer to exceptional employees.

This position is a part-time role with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to 2 children at our school. 

Our ideal schedule for this role is from 2 pm to 6:30 pm.

At our school, we serve children in both English-speaking and Spanish-immersion environments. If you're a native Spanish speaker, you'll have the opportunity to work in one of our language immersion environments where you can speak in Spanish with the children all day!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working with children ages 0-6
  • A strong love for the age group! 
  • Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
  • Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
