    Throughout the morning we will be going over our available program offerings, which include Virtual Learning and In-Home Care. In addition, we will be going over our waitlist process for those families interested in joining our Fairfax campus for on-site learning in the future!

    Join us in a conversation about safe, ethical, and conscious digital use in our connected world. How can parents help support their elementary children in using technology responsibly and setting limits collaboratively?

    Presenters:

    Gloria Moskowitz-Sweet, LCSW, PPSC
    Gloria is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of My Digital TAT2. She has been a program developer, school social work educator, practitioner and professional presenter with over 30 years of experience in multiple community settings. She was a lecturer at San Jose State University Graduate School of Social Work for twenty years. Gloria has been involved in the creation of comprehensive school-based mental-wellness programs, bullying prevention programs, teacher in-service, and professional workshops.

    Gloria is a strong believer in the importance of working with educators, parents, and students to create safe, inclusive environments online and offline. She is the co-author of a Kirkus Best Book of 2019, “It Rained Warm Bread: Moishe Moskowitz’s Story of Hope”, Henry Holt and Macmillan, based upon her father’s experience in the Holocaust. She is dedicated to sharing her father’s story of hope to inspire young people to stand up to social cruelty and toxicity both offline and online. She is bicultural and the parent of three sons.

    Vinney Arora
    Vinney is the Executive Director of My Digital TAT2. He cares deeply about the voices of youth and works every day to amplify them. In 2014 Vinney co-founded PartyChild.org, a grassroots organization that hosts birthday parties for homeless and low-income children. In 2015, he was awarded the “Young Innovator” award from the Thrive Alliance for his work in leading donor engagement at StarVista. While at StarVista, he doubled giving from individuals in 2 years. His first career was as a teacher himself and he continues to coach new educators. He proudly supports the philanthropic community as the Secretary of the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Silicon Valley Chapter.
