Our intimate school community is dedicated to the principles of authentic, high-quality Montessori education. In our Montessori program, we are proud to employ an educational method that speaks to both the heart and mind of a young child.
Act now to secure your child's place in our school! With rolling admissions, we enroll new students year-round. Since some of our programs are currently waitlisting students, we encourage you to register and begin the process as soon as you're ready. Click below to get started!
Guidepost Montessori at Alicia is now enrolling in Laguna Hills, and is conveniently located on Alicia Parkway near the I-5 freeway. We serve families with toddlers through kindergarten-aged children, offering full Spanish immersion in all of our classrooms.
The Montessori method of education offers a knowledge-rich environment, through a child-led model. Children learn joyfully, through working with carefully sequenced, hands-on materials. Your child’s enthusiastic exploration naturally leads to a solid foundation and advanced academics.
Full language immersion is the best way to offer your child the well-studied “bilingual advantage.” Decades of scientific research shows that bilingual children demonstrate enhanced cognitive flexibility, which comes as a result of regularly flexing their executive-functioning “muscles” in a different way.
Montessori is the perfect educational approach to pair with language immersion. Learning happens through the Montessori materials, so your child can explore and learn at any degree of fluency. Meanwhile, vocabulary will build naturally, painlessly, through daily experience.
Ryan with his son Kainoa (age 2), Guidepost Toddler student
My kids have developed into capable and compassionate people. The school feels like a community, a family…their guides know their individual tastes and attitudes and cater to that.
Kanwal with her daughter Aaira (age 5), Guidepost Children's House student
Aaira’s Guidepost Montessori school is a friendly and uplifting environment.I like the three-hour work cycle in Children’s House, and the flexible ‘extended day’ class schedule. For Aaira, that means lots of Montessori in a single day, every day!
Liss and Joseph with their daughter and son Amal (age 4), Guidepost Children's House student

Everyone at Guidepost is there to help and foster the growth of our son. It’s an amazing family to be a part of…we can talk to them about anything and feel that our opinion is valued.

Guidepost’s teachers and administration work really hard to create an environment that is warm and inclusive to all children. The Guidepost community is amazing.
Laura with her son Maxwell (age 4), Guidepost Children's House student
Guidepost’s staff see each individual child as an individual and truly strive to bring out Maxwell’s true potential — they promote independence, and we’ve seen Maxwell just thrive since he started at age 3.
We serve children from 1.5 years through Primary/Kindergarten ages. Our Montessori classrooms foster independence, nurturing each child's practical life skills, emotional and social development, and foundational knowledge. In all of our classrooms, we have full Spanish language immersion programs that take maximal advantage of young children's sensitive period for language.
