Role Overview

We are opening a new school in the heart of Shanghai’s Jing’an District, and we’re looking for a passionate, caring, adaptable Assistant Guide (Teacher) to support our infant classroom.


  • Fluent English speaker
  • Experience working with infants in a group care setting
  • Passion for or desire to learn the Montessori method of education
  • Ability to work well with other adults
  • Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Ability to embrace and exemplify Guidepost Montessori Core Values
  • Possess or Qualify for a China work permit (details below)
