Here is the short version of what follows. It is a summary written for convenience — the full Terms below are what actually govern your use of our site. 

Using our site means accepting these Terms. Browsing, submitting a form, or requesting a tour all count as agreement. 

You can browse anonymously. We only ask for contact information when you want something from us, like a tour or admissions details. 

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you. Those messages relate to your inquiry, tour scheduling, admissions, and school news. Reply STOP at any time to end them, or HELP for information. Message and data rates may apply. 

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not share mobile numbers for marketing. 

Our content belongs to us. You may keep personal copies of documents from the site; please don’t republish or repurpose our material without asking. 

Anything you send us, you’re responsible for. Submitting content gives us permission to use it, so don’t send anything you don’t have the right to share. 

These Terms can change. The date above tells you when they last did, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

Agreement to These Terms 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and online services operated by Guidepost, LLC and its affiliated companies, including Guidepost Montessori (together, “Guidepost,” “we,” or “us”). Please read them before using our site. If you continue browsing, or otherwise interact with our services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. 

We may revise these Terms as our programs and services evolve. Any updated version takes effect once posted, and the date at the top of this page tells you when the most recent change was made. If you keep using the site afterward, you accept the revised Terms. If a change doesn’t work for you, please stop using the site. 

You are welcome to browse most of our pages without telling us anything about yourself. Certain features — requesting a tour, starting an admissions inquiry, or signing up for updates — do require contact information. Anything you share with us is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 

Acceptable Use 

Please use our site lawfully and in good faith. Specifically, don’t use it to break the law, to encourage anyone else to break the law, or to interfere with the rights of Guidepost, our families, our staff, or anyone else. Don’t try to reach areas of the site, or any connected system or network, that you haven’t been given access to — whether through hacking, credential misuse, scraping, or any similar method. 

Some sections of our site may carry their own supplemental terms. Where those exist, they apply in addition to these Terms, and if the two ever conflict, the section-specific terms govern that part of the site. 

We work to keep the information on our site accurate, but we can’t promise if it is always current or complete. Tuition, schedules, program offerings, staffing, and campus availability change over time. For anything you plan to rely on, please confirm with the school directly. 

Text Message Program 

• Program or brand name: Guidepost Montessori 

• Program description: Guidepost Montessori sends text messages to families and prospective families who ask to hear from us. Messages cover responses to your inquiry, tour scheduling and reminders, admissions and enrollment next steps, and school announcements. You join the program by giving us your mobile number on one of our inquiry or tour-request forms, which is your consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Guidepost at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing anything from us. 

• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier, not from Guidepost. 

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. This is a recurring message program. 

• Customer support: For questions about the text message program, email inquiries@guidepostmontessori.com. For privacy requests, including reviewing, correcting, or deleting your information, email privacy@guideposteducation.com. 

• Opt-out and help instructions: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one final confirmation text, and after that the messages end unless you sign up again. For program information, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at inquiries@guidepostmontessori.com. 

• Privacy policy: We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing categories and are not shared with any third party. Read our full Privacy Policy. 

• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. 

Links to Other Websites 

Our pages sometimes point to websites we don’t run. When you follow one of those links, you leave our site and enter someone else’s, and we have no say over what appears there — its accuracy, its legality, its treatment of copyright, or anything else about it. A link is a convenience, not an endorsement, and it doesn’t suggest any relationship between Guidepost and whoever operates that site. 

Linking to Us 

We’re generally glad to have you link to our site with a plain text link. What we ask is that you don’t frame our pages, mirror them, or fold portions of them into another website or product. Any link should make clear that Guidepost is the source and should lead to our pages as they are, without alteration. We also ask that you not link to us from a site hosting unlawful, obscene, or offensive material, or in any way likely to damage our reputation. 

Intellectual Property 

Except for material provided by third parties, which belongs to those third parties, Guidepost owns the intellectual property connected with this site and reserves all rights in it. That includes the text, images, photography, video, logos, trademarks, taglines, layout, design, and the overall look and feel of the pages, all of which are protected under copyright, trademark, and related law. 

Please don’t copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, rent, license, adapt, modify, translate, publicly display or perform, or build derivative works from our content. Uses not clearly allowed by these Terms aren’t permitted. Because unauthorized use can cause harm that money alone doesn’t fix, Guidepost and its licensors may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy. 

You may make copies of documents from the site for your own personal use, provided you copy the document in full, leave it unchanged, and keep any copyright or source notices intact. Note that some documents, photographs, and other materials appear here by permission of people other than Guidepost. Those owners keep all their rights, and you’ll need to go to them directly for permission to use that material.

Content You Submit 

Our site may let you send or post messages, photos, video, files, comments, questions, suggestions, or other material (your “Submissions”). You’re responsible for whatever you submit, and you agree not to send anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or obscene. Please treat your Submissions as public rather than confidential. 

When you send us something, you’re confirming three things: that you have the right to share the material and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, or other rights; that what you’ve told us is accurate; and that your Submission complies with these Terms. You also grant Guidepost a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, create derivative works from, and distribute your Submission in any medium, existing or future, for any purpose and without payment to you. 

Material posted by other users comes from people we don’t control, and you may run into something you find inappropriate or offensive. We don’t review Submissions before they appear, and to the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for them. We may remove, edit, or otherwise act on any Submission at our discretion, and we take on no liability for doing so or for choosing not to.
