What is Montessori & What Does it Mean for Your Child?: Friday July 10, 12:00pm–1:00pm
Our intimate school community is dedicated to the principles of authentic, high-quality Montessori education. In our Montessori program, we are proud to employ an educational method that speaks to both the heart and mind of a young child.
Are you a parent interested in enrolling your child at Guidepost Montessori at Chai Wan? We'd love to get the conversation started with you now!
Our Chai Wan campus is located in the Harmony Garden Residential Estate at the intersections of Harmony Road and Siu Sai Wan Road. We welcome your family to our new Montessori community!
The Montessori method of education offers a knowledge-rich environment, through a child-led model. Children learn joyfully, through working with carefully sequenced, hands-on materials. Your child’s enthusiastic exploration naturally leads to a solid foundation and advanced academics.
All of our classrooms are fully dual-language, led by English and Mandarin-speaking teachers. Immersing your child in a new language is the best way to offer them the well-studied “bilingual advantage.” Research shows that bilingual children demonstrate enhanced cognitive flexibility, a result of regularly stretching their language “muscles.”
Guidepost families tend to be friendly and welcoming folks, eager to make connections and form strong bonds. We think the education of our students is stronger when we can serve as a hub for such relationships, and we do all we can to foster a strong community in our area, with plenty of fun events and opportunities to meet and mingle.
Kanwal with her daughter Aaira (age 5), Guidepost Children's House student
Aaira’s Guidepost Montessori school is a friendly and uplifting environment.I like the three-hour work cycle in Children’s House, and the flexible ‘extended day’ class schedule. For Aaira, that means lots of Montessori in a single day, every day!
Liss and Joseph with their daughter and son Amal (age 4), Guidepost Children's House student
Our Guidepost school is full of happy kids, and the staff and teachers are friendly and flexible. Amal loves it!

Zahraa with her daughter Kinda (age 3), Guidepost Children's House student
Guidepost provides an authentic Montessori curriculum and materials. I love that Kinda’s teachers are AMI-trained, which is very important.
Tina and Ben with their daughter Alyssa (age 3), Guidepost Children's House student
Guidepost’s teachers and administration work really hard to create an environment that is warm and inclusive to all children. The Guidepost community is amazing.
Laura with her son Maxwell (age 4), Guidepost Children's House student
Guidepost’s staff see each individual child as an individual and truly strive to bring out Maxwell’s true potential — they promote independence, and we’ve seen Maxwell just thrive since he started at age 3.
We serve children from ages 3 to 6 years old. Our Montessori classrooms foster independence, nurturing each child's practical life skills, emotional and social development, and foundational knowledge. Our classrooms provide a knowledge-rich environment designed for child-led exploration.
We'd love to talk to you! Let's get the conversation started. We will soon begin enrolling children, so to ensure you're in the loop, you can begin by filling out your information below, and we'll reach out to you to answer your questions.
